1. **High Overall Uptime:** The 98% of validators in the dataset maintained very high average uptime during Week 30. The most common uptime range was between 99.67% and 100%. Only one Validator, Hashkey Cloud dropped below 99.5% uptime.

2. **Voting Power (VP) Changes:** There was a net increase of 495,338 in voting power this week, with 9,025 unstaked and 504,363 newly staked.

3. **Delegator Changes:** The number of delegators increased by 2 this week, moving from 584 to 588, a 0.06% increase week by week.
