1. **High Overall Uptime:** The majority of validators in the dataset maintained very high average uptime during Week 23. The most common uptime range was between 99.9% and 100%. We are good this week!.
2. **Voting Power (VP) Changes:** There was a net increase of 523,435 in voting power this week, with 51,459 unstaked and 574,894 newly staked.
3. **Delegator Changes:** The number of delegators decreased by 42 this week, moving from 680 to 638, a 6.5% decrease from last week.
